At this year's Durham Elementary fundraiser event, TreeStrike sold tickets for a garage party and Homebrew 101 class. We had an awesome all-day adventure in brewing on March 28, and we want to thank everyone who purchased a ticket and showed up for the fun! Matthew did a tasting of four TreeStrike beers, paired with some commerical counterparts. We served a tasty lunch buffet from Southlake's Blue Mesa Grill, plus loads of snacks. After the tasting, Matthew kicked off the brew process. Fans joined him outside, where even the high winds and low temps didn't deter true beer loyalty. When brewing ended, we opened up the garage to all our fans, and the party continued till the wee hours. Stay tuned, partygoers... when the Tucker Brown you helped brew is ready, we'll let you know. We can bottle some for you, or you can come partake in the garage from the keg. Either way, it's all good. We appreciate your support, and we hope we swayed you to the beauty of homebrewing!
